After the Coastal Line service disruption ends, trains will not stop at Tuomarila station between 27 July and 4 October because the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is building new platforms at the station.
Replacement bus services
Two new bus routes, 224X and 224K, will be introduced between Tuomarila and Koivuhovi from 27 July to 4 October to provide connections between Koivuhovi and Espoo stations.
The buses will run approximately every 30 minutes. Together with bus route 224, they will provide service between Tuomarila (Kulovalkea) and Espoo station approximately every 15 minutes every day. Bus 224X will start operating on 27 July and bus 224K on 10 August. Both buses will follow the same route, but bus 224K will run via Suna.
Bus 213 also runs via Tuomarila station. It runs from Kauklahti to Helsinki approximately every 20 minutes on weekdays.

Bus 224X
- The bus will run from Koivuhovi via Tuomarila station and Espoo station to Tuomarila (Kulovalkea).
- From 27 July to 9 August, the bus will run every day.
- From 10 August to 4 October, the bus will run on weekends. On some days in September and October, train services will be fully replaced by buses.

Bus 224K

- The bus will run on weekdays from 10 August to 4 October.
- Some services on route 224B will transfer to route 224K. Early morning and late evening services will remain on route 224B.
- The bus will not operate during the summer timetable season.
