We recommend avoiding Central Railway Station Metro Station during the event if possible. To reduce congestion, passengers are advised to use the nearby University of Helsinki or Kamppi Metro Station instead.
Instead of Central Railway Station Metro Station:
- University of Helsinki Metro Station is the recommended alternative when traveling to the city center from the east.
- Kamppi Metro Station is the recommended alternative when traveling to the city center from the west.
There are tram services from both Metro stations towards the railway station.
Please allow extra time for your journey and be prepared for possible congestion in the city center.
