K trains will operate a reduced service on 5–24 October
One track between Korso and Kerava will be closed due to track works, causing K trains to run less frequently.
K trains will mainly run every 20 minutes. In the late evenings, at night and on weekend mornings, K trains will run every 30 minutes.

Departure platform changes at Kerava station
Platform 1 will be closed. Commuter trains will depart from different platforms than usual:
- Most K trains will depart from platform 6 instead of platform 5.
- D, R and Z trains towards Helsinki will depart from platform 4.
- D, R and Z trains towards Riihimäki and Lahti will depart from platform 5.
Please check the departure platform for your train at the station.
Changes to D, R and Z train services on weekdays from 5 to 24 October
The weekday 4.05pm D train from Helsinki towards Riihimäki is cancelled.
The weekday 7.05am R train from Riihimäki to Helsinki is cancelled.
Changes to R trains from Helsinki on weekdays:
- The 5.10am R train will depart five minutes later than usual, at 5.15am.
- All R trains between 6.10am and 9.10pm will depart three minutes earlier than usual. For example, the 6.10am R train will depart at 6.07am. From Kerava onwards, the trains will run as usual.
- The 3.30pm R train will depart ten minutes later than usual, at 3.40pm.
- The 3.50pm R train will depart five minutes later than usual, at 3.55pm. The train will also make a longer stop at Saunakallio station.
The 7.30am Z train from Helsinki will depart five minutes later than usual, at 7.35am.
Minor timetable changes for R trains also on weekends
On Saturdays and Sundays, all R trains from Helsinki between 10.10am and 9.10pm will depart three minutes earlier than usual. For example, the 10.10am R train will depart at 10.07am.
From Kerava onwards, the trains will run as usual.
