K trains will resume running every 10 minutes
K trains will resume running every 10 minutes for most of the day. The trains have been running every 20 minutes due to track works.
In the late evenings, at night and on weekend mornings, K trains will run every 15 to 30 minutes.
D, R and Z trains will return to normal timetables
Changes on weekdays from Monday 26 October
- The 5.15am R train from Helsinki will again depart five minutes earlier, at 5.10am.
- R trains from Helsinki between 6.07am and 9.07pm will again depart 10 minutes past the hour. For example, the 6.07am service will again depart at 6.10am.
- The 3.40pm R train from Helsinki will again depart ten minutes earlier, at 3.30pm.
- The 3.55pm R train from Helsinki will again depart five minutes earlier, at 3.50pm.
- The 7.35am Z train from Helsinki will again depart five minutes earlier, at 7.30am.
- The 4.05pm D train from Helsinki towards Riihimäki will resume operating on weekdays.
- The 7.05am R train from Riihimäki to Helsinki will resume operating on weekdays.
Changes on weekends from Sunday 25 October
- R trains from Helsinki on Saturdays and Sundays between 10.07am and 9.07pm will again depart 10 minutes past the hour. For example, the 10.07am service will again depart at 10.10am.
Trains will resume serving their normal platforms at Kerava station
Once the renovation of the Kannisto railway bridge in Kerava is completed, the trains will depart from their normal platforms at Kerava station.
- Most K trains will depart from platform 5.
- D, R and Z trains towards Helsinki will depart from platform 1.
- D, R and Z trains towards Riihimäki and Lahti will depart platform 4.
