The "Ooppera" tram stops (H0242 and H0241) on Helsinginkatu will be relocated about 30 meters toward Mannerheimintie on Wednesday 14 October as the refurbishment of the stops progresses. The stops are served by tram routes 1, 1T and 8T.
The stop for trams heading toward Runeberginkatu (H0242) will return to its original location, as parts of the refurbishment, including the stop shelter, have already been completed. The stop for trams heading toward Kallio (H0241) will remain at a temporary location until the permanent stop is completed. The work is expected to be completed by the end of November 2026.
