Leave your car or bike at a Park & Ride

Park & Ride is intended for public transport customers who want to seamlessly combine different modes of transport. If you have a valid HSL public transport ticket, you can park at a Park & Ride for a small fee or for free. You can park your car or bicycle close to a station or stop and continue your journey by public transport.

Driving or riding a bike?

Riding a bike

If you have a long journey, ride halfway!

You can leave your bike at a Park & Ride free of charge. There are usually no time limits for bicycle parking.

See the map or list below for bike parking locations and routes to them. More information about combining cycling and public transport is available here.

Driving

Avoid traffic jams and parking hassles!

If you have a valid HSL ticket, you can park for free or for a fee of a few euros. At many train stations in Vantaa as well as at Malmi station, you can also park with a VR ticket. Some Park & Ride sites also have facilities for charging electric cars.

Time limits and fees vary from site to site. See the map or list below for detailed information for each parking site.

How to use Park & Ride

At free Park & Ride sites you can simply drive in and park if you have a valid public transport ticket. Use a parking disc where required.

At paid Park & Ride sites, you must show a valid ticket.

You can search for Park & Ride sites and site-specific instructions using the map or list on this page or alternatively, use the browser version of the Journey Planner.   We advise that you consult the site-specific instructions before your journey.
