Zone E introduced: check if your previously ordered single and day tickets need to be updated

The new zone E was introduced on 2 June 2026. If you have unused single or day tickets purchased before 2 June that include zone D and their users need to travel in zone E, the tickets must be exchanged before 2 August 2026.

You can exchange your previously ordered single and day tickets if:

• You ordered the tickets before 2 June 2026
• The tickets include zone D (i.e. ABCD, BCD, CD or D tickets)
• The users of the tickets need to travel in zone E (Järvenpää and northern parts of Tuusula)
• The tickets cannot be used within the transition period (by 2 August 2026)

If the ticket holders do not need to travel in zone E, you do not need to exchange your tickets that include zone D.
