HSL account gives you access to all our services

You can use the HSL account to log in to all HSL’s digital services, such as the HSL app, hsl.fi and the Journey Planner. The account also gives you access to city bikes and you can use the account to top up your HSL card online.

Buy tickets

We recommend that you use your HSL account to buy tickets on the HSL app or hsl.fi. By doing so, all the season tickets you buy as well as the receipts stay safe on your HSL account.

Get around with a city bike

You will need an HSL account to buy a valid pass entitling you to use city bikes in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The kilometers you have cycled and the purchases you have made are stored on your HSL account.

Keep yourself informed of disruptions and changes

You can get information on disruptions and changes to the routes, stops and areas you have selected on hsl.fi, via email or through notifications on the HSL app.

Get to your destination quicker

You can save your favorite places on hsl.fi in the Journey Planner and find the fastest routes for example to your home or workplace. Make your everyday life easier and save the stops you use frequently among your favorites. You can view your favorite stops when you use your HSL account to log in.

Get involved and have influence on the development of public transport

We are constantly developing our services and routes with Helsinki region residents. Log in to hsl.fi and then select My options to choose the areas, stops and routes that are important to you. This way, you can make sure that you will receive information on your options to have your say.
