During the transition period from 2 June to 2 August 2026, you can travel in zone E with ABCD, BCD, CD and D tickets. The purpose of the transition period is to give customers time, if needed, to change their valid zone D tickets to tickets that include zone E.
Some tickets that included zone D were automatically converted into tickets that include zone E. In some cases, you must contact HSL customer service during the transition period, while in others, you can update your ticket yourself. Possible changes to service point opening hours during the summer
You can contact HSL’s customer service via chat (in Finnish), by phone or by visiting a service point. Changes to QR code tickets can only be made at service points. If you have purchased your ticket via HSL Corporate Sales, please contact the Corporate Sales.
