Bus routes to be diverted in Veromies from 18 May

Bus routes 415N, 431N, 562, 570, 574, 576 and 600 will be diverted in Veromies from 18 May. Aviabulevardi will be closed to traffic due to the construction of the Vantaa light rail line, and buses will be diverted via Turbiinitie. In addition, bus departure bays at Aviapolis station will change. These arrangements are expected to be in place until the end of 2027.

Aviabulevardi will be closed to traffic due to the construction of the Vantaa light rail from 18 May. 

  • Bus routes 415N, 431N, 562, 570, 574, 576 and 600 will be diverted via Turbiinitie.
  • Bays 11 to 14 at Aviapolis station, as well as the 'Mekaanikontie' stops, will be closed. Instead, buses will serve stops on Tikkurilantie and Turbiinitie (bays 15–18 and 21–22).
  • Bus routes 583(K), 584 and 617, which terminate in Aviapolis, will depart and terminate at bays 15 and 16.
  • There will be minor changes to the timetables for buses 562, 574, 583 and 584 to keep the buses running smoothly.

The diversion routes may increase journey times and walking distances to stops. Please allow extra time for your journeys. We have added instructional signs at Aviapolis station and along pedestrian routes.

Bus routes 415N, 431N, 562, 574 and 576

The buses will run via Turbiinitie.

The following stops will not be served:

  • Bays 12 and 13 (“Aviapolis” V5266 and V5269)
  • “Mekaanikontie” (V5267 and V5268)

 

Instead, buses will serve the following stops:

Bus routes 415N, 562 and 574

  • Bays 15 and 16 (“Toinen savu” V5237 and V5238) on Tikkurilantie
  • Bays 21 and 22 (“Mekaanikontie” V5267 and V5268) on Turbiinitie

Bus routes 431N and 576

  • Bay 17 (“Toinen savu” V5279) on Turbiinitie
  • Bay 18 (“Toinen savu” V5297) on Tikkurilantie
  • Bays 21 and 22 (“Mekaanikontie” V5267 and V5268) on Turbiinitie

 

Bus routes 570 and 600

The buses will run via Turbiinitie.

The following stops will not be served:

  • Bays 12 and 13 (“Aviapolis” V5266 and V5269)
  • “Mekaanikontie” (V5268 and V5267)

 

Instead, buses will serve the following stops:

Bus route 570

  • Towards Helsinki Airport: bay 15 (“Toinen savu” V5237)
  • Towards Mellunmäki: bay 16 (“Toinen savu” V5238)

Bus route 600

  • Towards Helsinki Airport: bay 17 (“Toinen savu” V5279)
  • Towards Rautatientori: bay 18 (“Toinen savu” V5297)

Bus routes 583(K), 584 and 617

The departure and end stops will move to Tikkurilantie.

The following stops will not be served:

  • Bays 11 and 14 (“Aviapolis” V5265 and V5236)

Instead, buses will serve the following stops:

  • Bays 15 and 16 (“Toinen savu” V5237 and V5238) on Tikkurilantie

 

Timetable changes

There will be minor changes to the timetables for some bus routes to keep them running smoothly.

  • Buses 562 and 574: minor changes
  • Buses 583 and 584: minor changes especially in the afternoon
