Perceived safety on commuter train services
In cooperation with VR, we study passengers’ perceived safety on commuter train services in the HSL area. The most recent survey was carried out in 2022.
The survey was conducted by distributing invitation cards to passengers on trains, each containing a QR code and a link to an online questionnaire. Invitations were distributed on different days of the week and at different times of day. The results are used to develop commuter train services and to assess passenger safety.
