How to activate the service and get access to Bicycle Garages

Log in to your HSL account or create one.
If you haven’t done so already, authenticate strongly.
Agree to the Bike Parking Terms of Use.
Add the HSL card you wish to use as your key to Bicycle Garages by entering the card number.
Select a PIN code. You will need the PIN code along with your HSL card to enter the Bicycle Garage.

Log in to the HSL.fi website using your HSL account. Go to 'My Information' and select 'Bike Parking'. Here, you will find the details of the card currently used as the identifier. First, remove the current HSL card. Then, add the new card and choose a PIN code for it.

In the HSL app, go to Settings and select ‘Bike Parking’. Here, you will find the details of the card currently used as the identifier. First, remove the current HSL card. Then, select the option to add an HSL card as your identifier. The app will direct you to the hsl.fi website to add the new HSL card.
